Anti-Discrimination Policy
It is the policy of Missouri Eye Institute, LLC, Missouri Eye Institute-Branson, LLC, Missouri Eye Institute-Joplin, LLC, Bradford Place Surgery and Laser Center, LLC, Surgery Center of Branson, LLC, and Four States Surgery Center, LLC, to provide equitable health care without discrimination against, or harassment of, any person. This includes, but is not limited to, providing fair access to health care in a timely manner regardless of socioeconomic status or source of payment used for services. Sources of payment may include Medicare, Medicaid, or other government and non-government-funded policies. Patients will be scheduled for examinations or procedures in a consistent and timely manner irrespective of their insurance provider, and will be scheduled in a manner identical to that of all other insurance or private pay patients.
